Ministerial.
The Hon. W. E. Parry, Minister of Internal Affairs, left Wellington last night for Auckland.
Mr. Eric Eden, formerly of Wanganui and Masterton, was yesterday elected tr member of the Wellington Rotary Club.
The Rev. E. O. Blamires returned to Wellington from the South Island yesterday. The Rt. Hon. G. W. Forbes arrived at Wellington from the south by the steamer express yesterday morning. Mr. E. T. Tirikatene, M.P., and Mr. J. O’Brien, M.P., arrived at Wellington from the south yesterday, Mr. L. J. Schmitt, general manager of the Tourist and Publicity Department, left Wellington for Nelson by last night’s steamer.
The Great Levante and his company left Wellington for Christchurch last night in continuation of their New Zealand tour.
Mr. 11. 11. Sterling, Wellington, liaison officer to the Minister of National Service, was a passenger in yesterday’s steamer from Lyttelton. Mr. W, W. Mulholland, Canterbury, Dominion president of the New Zealand Farmers’ Union, arrived at Wellington bj’ yesterday’s Lyttelton steamer.
