Broadway Demons Beat Webb’s Gym.

Baseball fixtures were continued in Wellington on Saturday under ideal conditions, and several good games w^ re seen. Broadway Demons accounted for Webbs Gym. at polo ground, but Jenkins Gym beat Miramar, 22-11, and, therefore, held on to their one-game lead tn the International League. In the Tasman Letigue Miramar Army beat Cardinals and O.P.T.’s ran out the winners over Atlantic Union by tliree runs. Miramar Army and O.P.T.'s are now five clear games in the lead in this league, and. as lhev meet next week, this game will gite the winners lhe league championship.
