Tennent, director of the New Zealand Red Cross Voluntary Aid Division,' is visiting 'Wanganui! and is the guest of Miss Preston, and Miss Williams, Castlecliff. Mrs. IV. S. Young, Wangainli, who has been the guest of Mrs. Fletcher, Auckland, has returned home. The Rev. Raymond Dudley and Airs. Dudley, Christchurch, have been visiting Wanganui. Miss Margarette Oram, Palmerston North, has left for Christchurch to continue her advance degree- .studiesat Canterbury University College, and Miss Valerie Oram, who has only-been back from England a few months, has chosen the nursing profession and has joined the staff of the Palmerston North Hospital.
