LONDON, February 20.
Mr. William Brown, general secretary of the Civil Service Clerical Association, said that Lord Ferry’s attack on civil servants would be fiercely resented from top to bottom of the service because it was ill-founded. Possibly, ne said, there was a ease for revising the relationship between the Government and the Civil Service and also the Civil Service general’.;.
