Administrative Powers Similar administrative powers to those held by the Officer Commanding the New Zealand Expeditionary Forces in Egypt are given to the Officer Commanding the New Zealand Forces in Fiji by an amendment, to the Expeditionary Force Emergency Regulations, 1940, issued with last night’s Gazette. These powers mainly relate to promotions.
