PLANE CRASH
Prominent Rumanians Killed (Received August 25, 7.15 p.m.) LONDON, August 24. A message from Berlin states that the Rumanian Propaganda _ Minister, M. Crainic, and also the Director of Tourism, well-known journalists, and members of a trade delegation to Germany were among the 14 persons killed when a passenger plane from Bucharest crashed in tly> mountains in wes.ern Rumania in a hailstorm. The pilot attempted to land when ice formed on tlie wings of the plane.
