Alleged Implication In Death Of Trotsky

MEXICO CITY. August 22. Police have detained a girl, Sylvia Ageloff, whose sister Ruth originally introduced to M. Trotsky the assailant who killed him. President Cardenas lias ordered the funeral expenses of M. Trotsky to be paid by the Mexican Government. DEATH NOT ANNOUNCED IN MOSCOW MOSCOW, August 22. M. Trotsky's death is not published in the Press, which makes only a small announcement on an inside page of the attack on him, saying: “The assassination was attempted by one of our followers.’'
