Commander A. B. Fanshawe. A.D.C., Royal Navy, has been appointed acting captain and reappointed second mem her of the New Zealand Naval Board in continuation.
The Bishop of Wellington, the lit. Rev. 11. St. Barbe Holland, who recently underwent, an operation, is progressing slowly and will remain, in hospital for some time yet.
