Increase In Nel Revenue

Figures published in the Gazette issued last evening show that railway revenue for the four-weekly period ended July 20 amounted to £7-13,480 and expenditure to £607.675, leaving a net revenue of £45.81-1. For the corresponding period last year the revenue was £648,037, and expenditure £685,611. Revenue from the start of the financial year on April 1 to July 20 totalled £3,323,550 and expenditure £2.873,619, leaving a net revenue of £449,031. For (he corresponding period last, year revenue was £2,945,813, exjrenditure £2,726,870 and net revenue £218,94-3.
