Civil Arrest Of Members
An amendment to the Royal New Zealand Air Force Regulations gazetted last night makes the procedure in respect to the civil arrest of members of the air force similar in the main to that of members of the army and navy. The amended regulations authorize the appropriate aii force authorities to issue to the police a warrant for the arrest of any member of the air force who may bo suspected of having‘committed any offence for which he was liable to be tried and punished by air force law.
