Committee Deliberates

LONDON, August 20. Captain Ramsay, J1.1*., was conducted from Brixton prison to appear before Hie House of Commons Committee of Privileges for consideration whether his detention since May 23 was a breach of Parliamentary privilege. After two interviews tlie committee deliberated for two hours and adjourned. Captain Ramsay was returned to prison. An M.P. was last taken from prison to appear before tlie House of Commons committee in 1908.
