Italy Displeases Germany

(From "The Dominion,” Aug. 23. 11)15.) Gei-nnm papers are angry at Italy s declaration of war against. Turkey, and generally assert that the Italian Government was acting under England's orders. The war with Turkey is enthusiastically approved throughout Italy.

The Rutminiau Government has ordered all railway material, from September 14. to be placed at the Government’s disposal.

Forty South African volunteers have arrived' in London. Most of them participated in the South-West Africa campaign. They are eager for further service. and are joining various regiments.
