FALL FROM PINE TREE
Foxton Boy Fatally Injured Dominion Special Service. FOXTON. June 18. Ivan Henry Wright, aged. 13, a son of Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Wright. Patrick Street, Foxfou. received fatal injuries when he fell from a tree at the weekend. Witli companions, lie was collecting pine cones in trees on Mr. It. N. Spiers's property in Main Street, when lie slipped and fell from a branch ■lO feel, above the ground. Tbe lad’s companions .stinnnomsl medical ii.ssistnn.ee, when it was found that. Wright hud received very serious injuries, and be was taken to Palmerston North Hospital by amibulaiiee. He died shortly after admission- He was a pupil of Foxfou District High School.
