DRAINAGE DISPUTE
Judge To See Wairar.apa Fanns Tile hearing of evidence for plaintiff in the case arising from Ute drainage of a Wairarapa farm was concluded in the Supreme Court, Wellington, yesterday, and the Court adjourned iill tomorrow after arrangements had been made for the judge, Mr. Justice Ostler, to see the property. I’lainliff in 'Thomas Boland Eaton. Longbiish, Masterion. farmer, and defendant is his neighbouring farmer, Simon Dalgleish, A claim has been made for £2OOO damages alleging to have been caused to plaintiff's farm by an embankment, which had been erected on defendant’s farm. Mr. J. D. Willis, witli him Mr. S. V. Gooding, is appearing for plaintiff. and Mr. 11. 11. Biss for defendant.
