NEW LEADER OF CANADIAN CONSERVATIVES

Dr. Manion has resigned the leadership of the Conservative Party and Mr. It. B. Hanson Ims been appointed temporary leader. Dr. Manion succeeded Mr. It. B. Bennett as Conservative leader in 1935. Mr. Hanson is a Privy Councillor and a former Cabinet Minister.
