FLYING OFFICER KAIN

To Be Married In July

AUCKLAND, May 14.

The distinguished New Zealand airman, Flying Officer E. J. Kain, D.F.C., who is attached to a fighter squadron of the Royal Air Force in France, is to be married in July, according to a cablegram from his English fiancee, Miss-Joyce Phillips, received by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. G. Kain, Wellington. They have been visiting Aueklaud, and ou receipt, of the news of her son’s coming marriage, Mrs. Kain said she wished that it were possible for her to attend the ceremony. Miss Phillips is a repertory actress.
