' The National Reliance Investment Trust, Melbourne, has cabled to the Wellington Stock Exchange Association I hat the directors have recommended a dividend of 4} per cent., payable on June 7, the date of the annual meeting. Transfer books will be closed from May 31 to June 7 inclusive.
