MOVEMENTS NEAR SWITZERLAND

LONDON, May 12.

The Basle correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain states that military observers report large German troop movements north of the Swiss frontier, which are believed to involve numbers in excess of the 21 divisions which have been concentrated in tlie vicinity. In addition to Switzerland's genera mobilization, ammunition lias been sup plied to every owner of a rifle as a precaution against parachute troops.
