Enemy
LUXEMBURG’S PLANS FOR
EVACUATION

LONDON, April 5. The French day communique states that there is nothing to report. The German day communique says that a patrol raided an enemy post, north-west of Saarlautern and the enentv lost about 15 killed. Brussels reports that the Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxemburg has issued instructions to inhabitants that in the event, of evacuation becoming necessary they must ent olt the gas, water and electricity before leaving their homes, take luggage not exceeding 301 b. and assemble at one of 40 places named, mostly public buildings.
