GERMAN FRONTIER RESTRICTIONS

Belgium And Switzerland LONDON, March 15. A message from Brussels states that Germany has closed the frontier between Belgium and Germany in accordance with the warning given on February 29. Residents near the Belgian town of Eupen have recently been most disturbed.
