Free Outlet From The Mediterranean VITAL INTERESTS By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. ROME, December 21. The Italian -publicist, Signor Gayda, says that Italy demands a free outlet from the Mediterranean. She recognizes British rights, but Italy’s vital interests must be respected. She is at present held a prisoner in the Mediterranean. The armed hands of Britain hold all gateways to Gibraltar, the Suez Canal, and the Dardanelles.
