RUGBY TRIALS
Teams For Matches Today
The New Zealand Rugby Union will continue the series of special trial matches at Athletic Park, Wellington, thia afternoon, when two games will be played, the first starting at 1.30 and the second at 3 o’clock.
Some new blood has been introduced for today’s games, the newcomers being W. Brady (Auckland), R. L. Roberts (Canterbury!. G. Brown (Wairarapa), K. Welch (Wanganui), J. J. McAuliffe (Canterbury), H. S. Benton (Taranaki), G. Wales (Wellington), B. E. Newton (Ashburton). R. Rogers (Poverty Bay), \V. A. Hearn (Canterbury), J. M. Taylor tWaikato), W. Firmin (Wanganui), F. J. The plan for reservations for Saturday s matches is open at the Rugby Union office. The two best New Zealand teams will be chosen to meet in the second of the two trial matches to be played on Saturday.
