• Masterton regained the Oke Heketa Shield in the second of the home and home matches played on the Lansdowne links last Sunday. In the previous match Hutt held a lead of 11 matches. In the fourball game last Sunday Masterton won 15 and Hutt 7. with two games halved: and in the singles Masterton won Ji and Hutt IS. with three halved.
