Oke Heketa Shield Match

• Masterton regained the Oke Heketa Shield in the second of the home and home matches played on the Lansdowne links last Sunday. In the previous match Hutt held a lead of 11 matches. In the fourball game last Sunday Masterton won 15 and Hutt 7. with two games halved: and in the singles Masterton won Ji and Hutt IS. with three halved. By beating Manor Park by 18 games to nil on the Mornington links at the weekend, Mornington won the Bustin. Cnp competition for the 1939 season.
