Following is the general weather report issued by the Meteorological Office, Wellington, for the 24 hours ending 3 p.m. today:— Mostly fair to' line, but a few showers still possible in the Hawke’s Bay-Poverty Bay area, and conditions later becoming unsettled in the extreme south-west. Milder after frosts.
