Bride Of "Three Smart Girls Grow Up" Really Marries
r pHE bride of “'Three Smart Girls X Grow Up” is a bride in real life now. Nan Grey, blonde Texas beauty, has been on a honeymoon with Jackie Westrope, hero of the turf, and her childhood sweetheart. They were married 'in Phoenix, Arizona. Nan Grey’s mother, Mrs. Dolores Miller, was present, and the actress’s stand-in. Josephine Kainm, was maid of honour. Under contract to Universal since she entered pictures three years ago, Nan Grey first won outstanding recognition for her performance in the original Deanna Durbin picture, ‘‘Three Smart Girls.” Her popularity soared with the recent release of ‘‘Three Smart Girls Grow Up,” and she is now one of the screen’s foremost leading ladies. Westrope, who is 22, is a leading American jockey.
