Eleven Arabs Killed
JERUSALEM, June 29.
Two hundred Jewish leaders have issued a manifesto condemning terrorism. It is officially stated that Jews in fastmoving motor-cars were responsible for attacks on Arabs at Tel Aviv and neighbouring villages as a result of which 11 Arabs were killed and five wounded. A curfew has been imposed. As a punishment for abetting the shooting of an Arab all Jewish shops in certain quarters of Jerusalem were ordered to close for 48 hours. Thirteen Jews were detainecL
