' Mr. It. T. Hookham, accountant to the Auckland Electric Power Board, has been appointed secretary and treasurer during tlie absence on an extended trip abroad of Mr. N. M. Speer. Mr. 11. G. Taylor, chief clerk, has been appointed accountant, ami Mi’- R- Sellars has taken Mr. Taylor’s position. Mr. E. E. Hutchison, supply engineer, who is accompanying Air. Speer, lias been temporarily replaced by Mr. W. L. Sheffield.
