TO TEST VALIDITY OF IMPORT CONTROL
Auckland Firm’s Move By Telegraph—Press Association. AUCKLAND, March 20. An individual move to test the validity of the Import Control Regulations, 1938, has been made by an Auckland importing firm which recently had a summons issued from the Magistrates’ Court against the Collector of Customs in Auckland for that purpose. The proceedings have since been removed into the Supreme Court and have been set down for hearing in the present sessions.
