The Cambridge Trotting Club has received excellent acceptances lor todays meeting and with the presence of a number of horsCrf of unknown ability the racing should be full of interest. The distance of the Cambridge Handicap may trouble some of the competitors, and the two backmarkers, good as they are, may find their task too difficult. Bayard v lio raced promisingly in the south, is a very consistent performer who should bo capable of a good performance, though die has to prove herself over tw.o mites.
