Today’s Card Very useful and even fields? are engaged at Timaru today, and’ keen racing should be the order of the day.. Additional interest to the ordinary racing will be the attempt of Lucky Jack on the mile grass track record of 2.1 1-5 recently established by Van Derby in his match race with Lawn Derby. Those associated with Lucky Jack are confident of success prodded that the track and weafher are favourable. The attempt will be made about 1 P-m.
