Another Miss New Zealand bathing beauty contest will be organized by the Napier Thirty Thousand Club as part of its mardi gras programme on Boxing Day. The winner will receive £2O, runner-up £7/10/-. and the third £5, as well as 10 prizes of £2 each. The full programme for the carnival, which will extend over the Christmas and New Year period, was also approved,
