FORMER POLICE OFFICER
Funeral In Wellington The funeral of Mr. J. A. McGrath, former superintendent of police in Dunedin, was held in Wellington yesterday. After solemn Requiem Mass in the Church Of St. Mary of the Angels, Bouleott Street, the funeral, left for the Karori cemetery, where the burial was held.
The pall-bearers were Detective-Ser-geants W. Tricklebank. T. Doyle and W. McLennan, Senior-Sergeants D. J. O'Neill and J. Power, and Sergeant D. Baird.
