Blundell, Wellington, accompanied by Mrs. M. Blundell, has left for Auckland to meet, her daughter, Miss Penelope Blundell, who is returning from England by the Niagara. Mrs. Hurd-Wood, Wellington, is about to leave on a visit to Hamilton and Auckland. Visitors to Wellington Mrs. H. Newton, Napier, is on a holiday visit to Wellington. Miss H. G. Smallbone, of the Napier Hospital staff, is the guest of her ..mother, Mrs. H. P. Smallbone, Shirley Street, Karori, Wellington. Miss M. Willis, Fitzroy Road, Napier, is a holiday in Wellington.
Mrs. Frank Wall, Martinborough, is on a brief visit to Wellington. Mrs A. M. Henson, Mt. Stewart, near Feilding. is visiting Wellington. • Mrs. J. E. Foster, Wanganui, is on a visit to Wellington. Miss C. Beiliss, Masterton, is on a visit ‘to Wellington. Returned Home Mrs. Wallace Webber and her baby daughter, “Hopai,” Pelorus Sounds, have been visiting Mr. and Mrs. Bendall, Blenheim, and returned to their home yesterday. Mrs. W. Nash, Thompson Road, Napier, has returned from a visit to Wellington. Miss Phyllis Abraham, Park Road, Palmerston-North, who has been visiting Hawke’s Bay, has returned home. Miss Joan Harker, Waipukurau, is her guest. Mrs. J. D. Ormond, Wallingford, Waipukurau, who has been visiting her daughters, Mrs. J. Aeland, Mount Peel, Christchurch, and Mrs. T. Mating, Timaru, has returned home. The Misses Vallance have returned to Masterton from a visit to Welling--ton. Mrs. A. F. Fitzherbert, Masterton, has returned from a short visit to Wellington. Going Abroad Miss Hazel Johnson, Sarah Ann Rhodes Fellow, Massey College, _ will leave shortly on a holiday visit to Suva. Mrs. Diana Russell, who has been the guest of her parents in Dunedin, is visiting Wellington and will stay at the Hotel Waterloo .for a week before returning to Australia. Miss Eileen Clark, Island Bay, Wellington, will leave shortly for a holiday tour of Australia. Returned From Abroad Mrs. J. H. P. Strang has returned to her home in New Plymouth, after spending some months in England. Mrs. G. Newman, Stratford, will return this week-end after spending six monthg-'in England, Ireland, and Scots land. Mrs. M. Mooney, Wellington, returned by the Rangitata after spending an enjoyable holiday touring England and Ireland. Mrs. O’Reilly and Miss M. O’Reilly, Clifton Avenue, Carterton, who recently returned to New Zealand by the Rangitata from England, intend spending Christmas at Rotorua. Mrs. Cecil Dick. Wellington, who has been visiting Christchurch, has returned home to be present at the wedding of Miss' Muriel Allen'’ to Mr. Dudley Lawn. Mrs. Louis Hancock, who has been on a visit to New Plymouth, has returned to Wellington.
