Brilliant Scene At R.S.A. Ball There were 450 dancers at the Horticultural Hall, Lower Hutt, last night, for the Returned Soldiers' Association annual ball. Gay paper bulls were suspended from the ceiling and the stage was banked with large palms; nnreissi, birch and streamers of lycopodium added an artistic touch. The long supper tables were adorned with vases of golden narcissi, heath and birch, and delicately-tint-ed table napkins were in charming contrast.
