An attractive brochure setting out the conditions under which the biggame fishing world championship is to be held off the Auckland coast as Part of the Centennial celebrations in 19-J£ is to be distributed to ail parts of the world where game fishermen are to be found. It was stated at the meeting of the Metropolitan Centennial Executive, in Auckland, on Wednesday night, that 2000 copies of the publication would be sent out announcing, among other things, that the contest would be held from December 20, 1939, to April 20. 1940. It is to be held under international rules.
