Visitors to Wellington Miss M. J. Cooper, Wanganui, was a recent visitor to Wellington. Mrs. E. D. Lund, New Plymouth, is spending a holiday in Wellington. Mrs. Moodie, Napier, is visiting Wellington as the guest of Mrs. Luxford, Wadestown.

Mrs. Godfrey Pharazyn, Dannevtrke, is a visitor to Wellington. Miss Norina Bunny is a Masterton visitor to Wellington. On Holiday Mrs. I. Ewart is a Wellington visitor to Palmerston North, and is the guest of her aunt, Miss E. MacLennan. Mrs. J. W. Dove, Masterton, is a visitor to Palmerston North.

Miss J. Holland, Palmerston North, accompanied by Miss E. Coleman, Dargaville, is visiting Christchurch. Miss Suzanne Izard, Wanganui, is visiting Christchurch, where she is the guest of Mr. and Mrs. Nowell Izard. Miss Mary Peak, Cambridge, is the guest of Mr, and Mrs. Noel Neilson, Mt. Zion, Okola. Mrs. T. Gladstone Hook, Porirua, accompanied. by her small daughter, Josephine, is spending a month’s holiday with her mother, Mrs. Paul Mickle, Eendalton, Christchurch. Mrs. Turner, Braemar Flats, has left Wellington fo r a visit to Rotorua.

Mrs. Erskine Nicol, Salamanca Road, Wellington,, is the guest of her daughter, Mrs. Jennings, Invercargill.

Mrs. Harry Hardcastle, Wellington, is visiting Christchurch as the guest of Miss J. McClatchie. Mr. r and Mrs. A. Silcock, Gonville, are spending a motoring holiday in the Hawke’s Bay and East Coast districts. Miss Elsie Andrews, New Plymouth, president of the New Zealand Women’s Pan-Pacific Association, is visiting Mrs. G. Denniston, Collegiate School, Wanganui. Miss.Ngaire Horton, Wellington, was a recent visitor at Chateau Tongariro, National Park.

Mrs. J. R. Tripe, Braemar Flats, Wellington, is the guest of her son at Fordell. ®

Mrs. Noel Lewis, Wanganui, who is at present staying at the Chateau Tongariro, will go on to Hastings this week to stay with Miss -Marjorie Gillies, Maraetotara. Mr. and Mrs. John Holderness, Hastings, were guests at the Chateau, National Park, recently. Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Ashwell, NewGuinea, are on a holiday visit to New Zealand, and are the guests of the former’s brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. J. Ashwell, St. John’s Hill, Wanganui. Mrs. Allan Moody, Auckland, who is the guest of Mrs. J. H. Luxford, Wadestown, Wellington, will leave this evening for Dunedin, where she will be the guest of her daughter, Mrs. John Ritchie. Miss Zoe Ward, Whangarei. who has been on holiday for several months in the South Island and an Wellington, will leave on Thursday for Auckland. Mrs. T. Gladstone Hook, Porirua, accompanied by her small daughter, Josephine, is on holiday at the home of her mother, Mrs. Paul Miekle, Fendalton.

Returned Home Mrs. G. R. Jones, Okoia, has returned from a visit to Wellington. Mrs. Cecil Wood, who came to meet her husband on his return from abroad, has now returned to Christchurch. Mrs. T. M. N. Rodgers has returned to Palmerston North from a visit to Wellington. ' Mrs. W. Hodges has returned to her home at Inglewood from a holiday at Wellington. Mrs. H. C. Edwards, who has been Visiting Wellington, has returned to her home at St. John’s Hill, Wanganui. Miss Marrie Ireland, Broadway, Palmerston North, has returned from a visit to Mrs. L. G. S. Brodie, Wellington. Mrs. Bernard Hooper, Wanganui, Ms returned from a holiday in Wellington. Going Abroad Mrs. C. H. Aiken, Seatoun, accompanied by her . two daughters, -will travel to Auckland on August 17 ;by the Limited express to connect with the Tainui for England. Miss M. P. Simpson, Dunedin, is visiting her sisters, Mrs. E. V. Davys and Mr. John Colwil, Wellington. She will sail in the Awatea to-day to spend a holiday in Sydney and Melbourne.
