BLIND MAN PICKPOCKET
Arrested in Cairo Cor theft and assault. a totally blind man. El Sayed Mahomed El Nagar, admitted Unit he had always earned his living by picking pockets. He was sentenced to six months' imprisonment. El Nagar is a man of strength, and is also an accomplished linguist. Besides his native Arabic, lie speaks English, French, Italian, and Greek.
