“Now everything is set; all we have to provide is the trees and we can get to work and plant as many as we can this season,” said Captain S. Holm at last night’s meeting of the AVellington Beautifying Society when it was announced that the city council would supervise the planting of trees in the society’s centennial scheme. Money from the 1/- a tree appeal was coming to hand tvell, but further effort was needed, said Captain Holm.
