Sir/ —Your- editorial to-day, .“Inconsistency and Insincerity,” is an indictment of the present Government that calls for an immediate explanation _as to whv the sales, tax has not been abolished and exchange removed in accordance with pre-election promises. The Government must, in fairness to electors, place all facts before the people. The whole system of taxes calls for overhaul.
