Cattle Cheaper At Several Sales

The bullock yarding was of inferior quality al Johnsonville stock sale, only a few pens of prime cattle coming forward. Cows and heifers ctiseil by up to .10/- a bead. Porkers increased in value by 2/- to 3/a head, and bacouers also improved by 5/- a head. A good yarding of fat sheep ami cattle came forward at Wanganui. Prime ewes were unchanged, but unfinished and light sheep were easier. No store sheep were yarded. Fat cattle eased very slightly. Fat pigs were fully firm.
