Andrew Jack Taggart was fined £l, with costs 13/-, in the Magistrates' Court. Petone, yesterday, for failing to give way to traffic on the right. A charge against Asia James Webberley of driving without due carq and attention was dismissed. Ajthur Potter (Mr. N. T. Gillespie). Lower Hutt, was lined £2 and costs £l/0/6 for driving without due care and attention. For having no warrant of fitness he was fined 10/- with costs 10/-.
