On Holiday Ladv Myers, Wellington, is staging at the Criterion Hotel, New Plymouth. Miss Eva Card, Featherston left Wellington last night for Christchurch. Mrs. Grant Fargie is a Wellington visitor to Dunedin. Miss Marge Savage, Remnera Auckland, is the guest of Mrs. 11. I’- Ark wright, Marton.
Mrs. Leslie Beetham, Masterton, is staying with her sister, Mrs. J. Ramsden, Pohangina, Manawatu. Miss Ethel Hunt, Nelson, is the guest of Mrs. Alfred Bradey, Pahautanui.
Mr. and Mrs. W. E. A. Gill are paying a brief visit to Auckland.
Miss E- Lyttelton, the well-known New Zealand novelist, whose pen-name is “G. B. Lancaster,” is at present the guest’ of’ Mrs. Malcolm Powrie, Cashmere Hills. She will leave on Saturday night for Wellington, where she will stay with Mrs. Scott, and will then go to Gisborne to visit Mrs. A. S. Seymour. Later she will spend some time in Auckland before leaving New Zealand for Canada.
Miss Molly Birch has left Dunedin to pay a round of visits in the north. While in Gisborne she will be a bridesmaid at the wedding of Mr. Ralph Bunny "and Miss Elizabeth Williams, on June 9.
Mrs J F- Studholme, who has taken a house at Lower Hutt, where she will live for a few months, is visiting Christchurch and is the guest of Mrs. George Helmore, “Milbrook, I 1 endalton.

Croker, New Plymouth, has come to Wellington to meet her husband, who will arrive from Australia by the Awatea this morning. Miss Betty George is a New Plymouth visitor to Wellington. Mrs. S. Death, Fraser Road, Hawera, is spending a holiday at Wellington. Mrs. Winn, Tawhiti, Taranaki, is on a holiday visit to Wellington. Mrs. Norman Beetham. Masterton, is visiting her niece, Mrs. D. P. Johnston, Lower Hutt. Mrs. A. R. Wylie, Miss Brenda Wylie, and Miss G. Eddie, Makomako, Wairarapa, are visiting Wellington. Mrs. A. C. Duff and Miss V. Duff, “Dunkeld,” Hastings, are spending a holiday with Mrs. Duff’s daughter, Mrs. J. A. McKay, Oriental Bay. Mr. and Mrs. T. J. Telford are Palmerston North visitors to Wellington. Mrs. C. F. Mrs. and Miss Grix, who have been spending a holiday at Wanganui, have returned to Wellington. Miss Mary McGrath, who has been the guest of Mrs. R. L. Wigley, Timaru, has returned to Wellington. Going Abroad Mrs. Richard Hudson, Dunedin, is visiting Wellington, en route to Auckland to connect with the Monterey, which is to sail on May 30 for America. Mrs. Hudson will join the Queen Mary at New York for England. Returned Home Mrs. A. G. Knuckey, Normanby, Taranaki, who has been visiting Wellington, has returned home. Miss M. Bruee, who has been spending a holiday at Wellington, has returned to New Plymouth. Miss G. Curtis has returned to New Plymouth after spending a holiday at Wellington. Mrs E W. Wilson has returned to Palmerston North after spending it holiday with her mother, Mrs. W. H. Hawkins, New Plymouth. Miss M.
