Farewell Tea
.Mrs. E. S. Craig was hostess at. a tea party given at the D.I.C. tea-room yesterday afternoon in honour of Airs. Berryman, who is shortly leaving for a holiday trip to Los Angeles. The tea table was decorated with a basket of spindleberries and a "sea trip” touch: was added by a model of a ship. Those present were: Mrs. Tricklebank, Airs. V. Berryman, Mrs. McLeod, Airs. Webb, Airs. Calvert, Mrs. Hawker. Airs. Brooks.
The Wellington Girls’ College ' Old Girls' Social Service. Club held a very successful drama evening on .Monday night in their club rooms. A play was read, those taking part were B. Jameson, J. Lankshear, It. Bittossi, N. Hooper, Y. Bittossi, A. .Mitchell. E. McEwan, M. Withers,.!,. Mitchell and E. Armstrong. A drama club committee was formed, those elected being N. Symonds, - J. Lankshear, N. Hooper, and 8. Sutch.
