Mr. J. M. Mackay To Stand For Central Otago Dunedin, May ‘J. Mr. James M. Mackay, genera] merchant, of Omakau and Ophir, Ims been chosen as Labour candidate to oppose Mr. W. A. Bodkin for the Central (Hugo seat nt the general election. He was for a number of years in the service of the Post and Telegraph Department, amt at the time of his retirement was vice-president of the P. and T. Employees' Association.
