Citizens’ Candidates The second week of the electoral campaign of the citizens’ candidates in the forthcoming Wellington municipal and local body elections starts off with three meetings to-night, in the Parish Hall, Karori, Kelburn Kiosk, and at Nimmo’s Hall. The mayoral candidate, Mr. T. C. A. Hislop, will deliver addresses at all three meetings, and he will be supported by citizens’ candidates for the city council, hospital and harbour boards. To-morrow night 'meetings will be held at St. Aidan’s Hall, Miramar, 'and at the Kiosk, Seatoun. Women’s Meetings. The first of a series of meetings for women electors will be held in Nimmo’s Hall at 2.45 p.m. on Thursday. The speakers for this Thursday’s meeting will be the citizens’ mayoralty candidate, Mr. T. O. A. Hislop, Mrs. Knox Gilmer, and Miss Amy Kane. Other candidates will address the meeting if time permits
