REFUSED TO FLEE COUNTRY
Schuschnigg Guarded By Storm Troops (Received March 14, 7.5 p.m.) London, March 13. The Vienna correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” says that Dr. Schuschnigg is guarded by 100 members of Dr. Inquart’s new corps, the Storm Troops, who, led by Dr. Inquart, escorted him to Belvedere Castle, formerly a royal palace and his official residence as Chancellor, 1 on March 11, when, after his farewell broadcast, he refused all suggestions that he should flee the country.
