BODY IDENTIFIED

Accident At Sinclair Head The body of the mutt found hanging in a fence at Sinclair Head, which was brought into Wellington on Thursday, was yesterday identified as that of Walter Elliott, aged 80, a retired builder living at 130 Barnard Street. Wadestown. Mr. Elliott came to New Zealand from England in 1916. The body was found by two station hands employed by Mr. William Dorman, of the Happy Valley sheep station, who were repairing fences at the time. The police believe that Mr. Elliott was climbing the wire fence, which is rather unsteady, and fell, catching his foot in the two top strands of wire and falling with his head down. The body had been in tlie open for about three weeks.
