In tlie programme hour “Kolonelo Ebenezer Marzipan,” played by the president, made a reappearance and continued his exciting narrative in simple Esperanto. An original one-act play followed, entitled ‘‘Mi Deziras Ludi la Pianon” ("I Want to Play the Piano”). It was given by Mr. J. E. Wells as Percy Snuffle, a would-be pianist, and Mrs. Wells as Mrs. Snuffle, patient and of an inquiring turn of mind. The feature of the play was that no word was introduced that bad not been taught during the first four weeks of the society's existence.
