Spread Typhus Bacilli

In Russia (Received February 22, 11.45 a.m.) Moscow, February 22. Eleven veterinary workers were sentenced to death at Ordzhonikidze for causing the deaths of 9(1.000 cattle since 1932 by spreadinf typhus bacilli, resulting in the mass poisoning of civilians and soldiers. Two others were sentenced to death, but this was commuted to 25 years’ imprisonment owing to full confession and the fact that they can still be useful as specialists.
