Labour Nominees Announced By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, January 28. The secretary of the Otago Labour Representation Committee, Mr. A. J. McDonald, announces that the three nominees for the mayoralty of Dunedin are Rev. E. T. Cox, Dr. D. G. McMillan, M.P., and Mr. W. Silverstone. The names of 28 candidates, including two women, for the city council, have been endorsed and a similar number. including 12 women nominees, endorsed for the Otago Hospital Board. For the Otago Harbour Board the names of 20 candidates are endorsed. Mr. John Robinson, secretary of the Trades and Labour Council, has been nominated for the St. Kilda mayoralty and will oppose the present mayor, Mr. J. J. Marlow.
